Our Charles Town classes offer a welcoming space for dancers to learn Irish dance in a positive and encouraging environment. From first steps to performances, we support each dancer’s journey.

Our Charles Town Classes are held at Adagio Academy right next to the Walmart in Charles Town, West Virginia.

Green Beginner Classes

​Q. Does my child need experience?
A. Not at all! Many of our dancers start without ever taking a dance class.

Q. What age can they start?
A. Most students start between 5-10 years old but we welcome a range of ages.

Q. What time can they take class?
A. Our Charles Town Green classes are available on Tuesdays from 5-6

Adult Classes

Q. Do I need experience to start Irish Dance as an adult?
A. Not at all! Many of our dancers start without ever taking a dance class. There are some who may have danced as children, but we welcome anyone into our community who wants to learn!

Q. What do I need to start taking class?
A. All you need to start is comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Our adult dancers learn both soft shoe and hard shoe dancing. So eventully you should get a pair of both.
